Want to save your gall bladder? In case you didn't know, it is essential for digestion of essential fatty acids! Here is the cleanse I did and had tremendous success....especially since I was scheduled for surgery and had the pleasure of telling my surgeon "no surgery for me" :)
----------------GALLBLADDER CLEANSE:
Stop eating at noon on the day of cleanse. You may continue fluids until 6 p.m. and then stop. (You will want an hour to clear the liquid from your stomach so the oil doesn't lie on top of the water and make you nauseated.) You will need:
1 pint of cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil
1/2 pint of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Measuring cup
Tablespoon
Screen (to put between the toilet and toilet seat to catch the stones)
Pitcher for water to pour over the stones on screen to clean
Jar with lid if you want to save your stones. The lemon juice will disintegrate stones in 3-4 days, so they will need to be frozen if you want to keep them longer than that.

At 7 p.m., start by drinking 1/4 cup of the olive oil followed by 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Repeat this every 15 minutes until gone. It will be around 10 - 10:30 when completed.
Lie on your right side and go to sleep.....I woke up and passed TONS of stones (even took a pic with my cell phone to show all my friends).

Get a copy of Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magican Herbs, by Scott Cunningham. Published by Llewellen Press it costs $14.95 U.S.

It covers all the plants and herbs and tells what works for what ailment, it also has illustrations to show you what the plant looks like. Since I am a Wicca, I also know what herb is used for potients and other things.

sorry folks, my better half has just corrected me..a hot toddy consists of rum, lemon juice, honey and hot water, and curest what ails ya

honey and raw apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon each 2 to 3 times a day helps to ease pain stiffness and swelling in hands due to arthtitis and injury.

I would recommend a local east coast favorite known as "hot toddy"...My father and grandfather drank it all the time. It is basically tea with rum.
