Thanks for inviting me to this group Margaret... It's getting worse al the time! There is no way I or my family will be vaccinated. One good thing to take is colloidal silver water. It kills over 650 different types of bacteria... It can be made at home or bought in health food stores and it is not expensive. Also vitamin C can help, hemp hearts are also excellent. I will post about this soon.

The federal court documents to prohibit mass vaccination with the H1N1 “swine flu” jab have been filed in a US District Court, and should be ready to be posted on the internet by Friday.

Following standard court procedure, the court will review the papers, stamp the papers with their seal, and give the lawsuit a civil case number, and send them back to the legal team.

When they receive the original documents back with the US District Court of New Jersey court stamp on them, and with the federal civil case # on them, photocopies of the documents will be made, and the originals will be sent to the defendant by certified mail. The defendants are the federal government. These documents will be photocopied and posted on the web.

This is called “Commencement of Action; Service of Process, Pleadings, Motions, and Orders”, and is required by Rule II of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as shown at

It normally takes a federal judge 2 or 3 days to go over the court papers, so this should be done by Tuesday or Wednesday (federal court is not open on weekends). The court clerk gives the court papers a civil case # and then mails them back which takes another 2 or 3 days by mail. So, if the court clerk sends the papers out Wednesday, then they should arrive with the legal team by Friday.

If more new evidence pops up, it cannot be included with the original lawsuit papers in the process of being filed, but it can be submitted into court with an additional Motion.

Thanks for the invite adn the heads up. Back in the early 1970's while I was in the Army, we had the 1st Swine Flu outbreak, every one was lined up to get their flu shots. Some of us got ill, coincidentally we were goven the shots of a Friday, that was payday. Needless to sat by Monday we were ready to go in to the field, but a lot of troops were sick all weekend.

The so called epidemic was a flop, maybe 6 or 12 people caught the damned flu and died nationwide. The government especially the CDC had "egg on their face", because they missed the mark. Now this last year that strain, but being an improved one struck, this time being more of a threat.

My question is how many cases of the "Swine Flu " have been reported in Islamic cesspools? I know that in a couple of countrys farmers killed their pigs. Now how many people caught the virus and more important, how many died?

My next question is are the Islamics going to have to take the vaccinations, or are they exempt because of religious reasons? After all Scummy is so chummy with them, so is he giving them the pass while he attempts to murder every one else in the country?

Canadian infants under one year old who are sick with the flu may receive the antiviral drug Tamiflu, Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq announced Thursday under new swine flu pandemic guidelines.

The Public Health Agency of Canada prepared the interim guidance to help doctors treating infants with influenza-like illness during the H1N1 pandemic.

"The public health emergency created by the pandemic, and this group's increased vulnerability from influenza, created the urgent circumstances that deemed this necessary," Aglukkaq said.

"Although there are limited data supporting the use of Tamiflu in children under one, there now exists an urgent need for recommendations to treat this population, given this group's increased risk for morbidity and mortality from influenza," the agency said on its website.

Regulators in the United States and Britain have made similar changes, Dr. David Butler-Jones, Canada's chief medical officer of health, told a teleconference with reporters.

Tamiflu 1999 Side Effects
The most common side-effects experienced by participants in the study were nausea and vomiting. These symptoms were mostly mild to moderate and generally occurred within the first two days of administration of the drug. Other less-frequent side-effects included diarrhea, bronchitis, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache, cough, insomnia, vertigo, fatigue.

2007 Update
Tamiflu, a drug used for treating influenza, including human bird flu infection, is to carry a warning in the USA, after reports of cases of delirium, self-harm, hallucinations and suicidal thoughts, mostly among children, were received in Japan. The warning already exists in Japan (Suicides reported).

Between August 2005 - July 2006 there were 103 cases of psychiatric side-effects, of which 68 involved children under 17.

There is no point in pursuing a legal angle against the weaponized flu and weaponized vaccine because the courts are too corrupt and theres not enough time. I've been following the communications between True Ott and his attorney as he's been attempting to generate language for an injunction, but theres not much we can do at the present time in that regard because no court would be willing to hear a case based on hypotheticals when the vaccines are voluntary at the current time and harm couldn't be proven til after the fact.

Also, the Nuremburg code carries no weight in an American courtroom in this situation, it only pertains to blocking research- it would not pertain to an emergency situation with vaccines even if giving improperly tested vaccines amounted to a spontaneous drug trial on the population at large, and even though the Pasteur himself rescinded his entire Germ Theory of disease on his deathbed when he capitulated to his biggest critic, Antoine Beauchamp by saying "The GERM is NOTHING- the TERRAIN is EVERYTHING!"

So, where does this leave us, and more importantly, what CAN we do to protect ourselves from the pending threat of forced vaccines in October? I sure don't want to be culled via a lab created virus and lab created killer vaccine, and I know none of you want to be either. I also will not be forced from my home and into a FEMA camp, and I know none of you want to be either.

WHEN YOU HAVE A DRIVING FORCE- GO WITH IT

I spent some time this weekend doing my best to try to unite THREE driving forces in the hope that all 3 will work together to address this threat and in the hope that all of us could then confidently really push behind them because theres safety in numbers. Those 3 forces are: 1. Sheriff Richard Mack, 2. True Ott/Bill Deagle with their urgent warning against the weaponized vaccine
3. The Oath Keepers.

I had good phone calls with Sheriff Mack and True Ott and convinced them that what we most need to do is to have the Oath Keepers embrace True's warning about the weaponized vaccines and to use it as a recruiting tool to rapidly bring as many sheriff's, police, and military into their fold so they'll stand by us during crunch time- which could be upon us as soon as the end of July if the FEMA exercise goes live (more on that below). Sheriff Mack has agreed to help use his network to convey True's urgent warning about the vaccines to every sheriff in the country so that they won't allow the state or federal governments to set up "vaccine clinics" or to do warrantless searches or to force us from our homes and into FEMA camps.
